- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These guys are literally the worst title company I have ever dealt with. When I first ordered my guarantee, that sent it with the wrong insured, the wrong amount and the wrong legal. That's about everything they could get wrong. I ordered on update on October 28th, apparently with someone they fired but then didn't monitor her emails. It is December 12th.
